The Supervisory board has appointed Frans B. Roozendaal as CEO of Frames.
Frans Roozendaal joined the management board at Frames on 1 March 2018. He will replace Jacques Melman as CEO, who will continue to serve Frames as COO. Together with Ronald Vochteloo, who has been CFO since 2016, they will form the management board at Frames.
Frans Roozendaal is delighted to join Frames in the role of CEO. “I look forward to making a positive contribution to the relationship between Frames and its stakeholders in the worldwide energy market.”
New year, new opportunities
Major changes have taken place in the oil and gas industry since the oil price fell in 2015. In the past year, Frames has merged its business units to create a single operating organization in the Netherlands, while retaining its portfolio and international offices.
Frames was established in 1984 and is mainly known for its activities in the upstream oil and gas industry. In recent years, Frames has added CO2 capture, water treatment, biogas upgrading and hydrogen applications to its portfolio in order to serve the worldwide energy market.
With the new organization and reinforced management team, Frames is ready for the future.
